SEM Activation Plan
Excel package with the Top 10 paid-search keywords, match types, ad groups, Responsive Search Ad assets, tracking templates and MQL Search handoff. Search volume and CPC forecasts remain marked for Keyword Planner validation.

Plan the communication system, prepare first-mobile creative pieces, activate each asset with a real destination and UTM, and deliver a traceable Traction Plan for MQL execution. The classroom example shows the complete Don Espadín route, while every user builds the same structure with their own evidence and imagery.
When the evidence is loaded, this area becomes the working summary for the creative team. If the upstream plan changes, refresh the evidence instead of manually rewriting every piece.
These are copy proposals derived from the current evidence. Edit them here, then apply one policy message to a Creative Piece when you are ready to combine strategy and visual UX.
The preview starts from a mobile-first rule. Use Mobile to prove that the idea survives the smallest screen, then confirm the Desktop adaptation.
Validation does not mean the campaign is live. It means the creative format is ready to become a measurable digital asset.
The creative is already designed. This stage turns it into a measurable digital asset with destination, UTM and KPI targets. Save one asset at a time; the Traction Plan queue grows as your media plan grows. Budget and realised campaign cost are completed downstream in MQL.
Each policy has a fixed strategic role, but the message and page structure are generated from your loaded keywords. Configure the UX content, preview the landing-page structure, and add only the policies you want to the Traction Plan.
The shortlist is generated from Buyer Persona 4P keywords, Marketing Planning strategic tags and the current Content Assets. Edit the match type or ad group before confirming the handoff.

The current project closes with four controlled deliverables. The Traction Plan is the complete operational inventory; the MQL Recipe is the downstream execution contract; the Prompt Library preserves production instructions; and the HTML Library contains the finished tracked communication pieces plus the source-asset manifest.

Excel inventory of every Medium, Support, Format, POSE role, destination, UTM, KPI target, creative source and HTML filename. Campaign spend is completed downstream in MQL.
Excel execution contract for MQL: final Paid / Owned / Shared / Earned inventory, exact UTMs, measurement model, CPM / CTR targets, planned exposure and handoff targets. MQL owns campaign cost execution.
ZIP with one structured production prompt per saved content asset, grouped from the current project configuration.
ZIP with finished first-mobile HTML pieces, embedded tracked URLs, manifests and source-image references for the current project.
The four landing-content policies appear here only when you add them from Web Content. Owned social, messaging, email and banners are listed beside them with their prompts, UTMs and KPI targets.

In Media Content House, value appears when marketing evidence and approved imagery become a validated, measurable and reusable communication asset.
Raw inputs: Marketing Planning evidence, Buyer Persona language, approved imagery, objectives, budgets, attribution signals and creative constraints.
The inputs are structured as marketing policy, creative source, format, medium, support, POSE, destination, UTM, metrics and cost.
UX and media rules interpret the information through mobile-first validation, format compatibility, message hierarchy, tracking logic and economic planning.
The laboratory reveals creative gaps, channel-fit problems, tracking inconsistencies, cost assumptions and opportunities to improve measurable customer response.
Validated assets activate Web / Blog, Social Media, Email and Display communication and travel downstream as a traceable Traction Plan for MQL execution.
Media Content House does not redefine KAI·ROI. It creates structured evidence about content, media, acquisition cost, customer response and traceable activation that can later support ROI analysis, Customer Equity reasoning and defensible strategic decisions.
The formal KAI·ROI structure remains sovereign; this laboratory creates evidence and does not reinterpret its variables.
